Description

1. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW: Marine Corps Special Operations Command (MARSO() intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price  purchase order on a sole-source basis to Clear Channel, LLC and CAGE 5F5T3. The Government is procuring (5) customized ads in (3) locations.   2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The required commercial service is a highly customized due to limited options for advertising in Atlanta Airport.  Clear Channel Outdoo, LLC is the only known source capable of providing this exact service for advertising in this location.  In addition,   without unacceptable delays or duplication of cost to the Government. 4. RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS: This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations or a solicitation. However, in  accordance with standard presolicitation posting requirements, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.  Any capability statement must clearly demonstrate the vendor's ability to provide advertising services  and any information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to compete  this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the  Government.
