Lesker (manufacturer of the KF40 Tee Junction assembly) - Products/Services Requested: - High Temperature RF Probe Station (1 unit) - Includes modifications for DC electrical probers to support 2KV stage and chamber upgrade - Motorized sample XYZ travel (30x30x8mm) with sample rotation - Anti-vibration table and air supply - 0.5Bar overpressure relief valve - Centering rings and clamps - Kurt J. Lesker KF40 Tee Junction assembly - Vacuum Vibration Reducer (part number VVR1) - Compatible with stages, plates, chucks; includes mounting points for optical tables and vacuum fittings - Tube Microscope (part number PSM-TM3) - Long working distance, 0.7X-4.5X zoom, dual camera system (HD 4K/1080P), precision manual movement, image/video storage - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be delivered within 12 months of contract award - The probe station must support high voltage (2KV) applications and advanced imaging capabilities - Procurement is limited to Instec, Inc. as the sole source for the probe station
