Submission of information about pricing, delivery, the market, and capabilities is highly encouraged and allowed under this RFI for planning purposes in accordance with (IAW) FAR 15.201(e). SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Obtain a blue light cystoscopy system that provides the following characteristics: The system provides a complete endoscopic imaging solution for Photodynamic Diagnosis (PDD) and standard white-light endoscopy, including telescopes, camera heads, light source, image processing, documentation, viewing, and printing. The system components must be designed to be autoclavable or be suitable for reprocessing in a medical environment. The system must have a blue light with adjustable fluorescence intensity for photodynamic diagnosis (PDD) in the with a minimum and maximum 390-430 nm range. The system must have a dual LED light source with an expected service life of 30,000 hours. The system must have a white light with CHROMA color enhancement for improved visualization within the 400-700 nm range. The system must have user interface and network connectivity interface. The system must have a pendulum camera head design with programmable buttons for customization of user controls. The system must have 4K video outputs The system must have HD video outputs The system must have a dual LED light source with an expected service life of 30,000 hours. The system must have a camera control unit (CCU) connect and link. The system must have a light source to assist with user operation. The system must have a fiber optic light cable with a minimum length of 230 cm. The system must have a foot switch/pedal to allow for hands-free control of the blue and white light function. The system must have a Hopkins telescope: 4 mm diameter, autoclavable, available in 0°, 12°, 30°, and 70°. The system must have a high-intensity LED light source compatible with Photodynamic Diagnosis (PDD). The system must have fluorescence and optical imaging technology, i.e., OPAL1, that works in conjunction with the PDD to improve the visibility samples. Must have Light Cables autoclavable, with locking mechanism. If your company is interested and capable of providing the required supplies/services, please provide the information indicated below.
