Description

Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires Contractor professional engineering and construction services for the design and fabrication of hazardous material storage modules to be installed on the weather decks of MSC ships. These modules are currently required for up to 21 ships for a potential total of 63 modules.  Modules must be American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) certified for use as storerooms for paint and flammable liquids aboard vessels classed by ABS as cargo ships and inspected by U.S. Coast Guard (USCG).  The required delivery is FOB Origin (after loading) over a two-year period and acceptance is at the contractor’s facility.

Award shall be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.

The anticipated award date is September 30, 2026.

One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
