Fulton County, Georgia is soliciting proposals for Phase I of the Friendship Pump Station Progressive Design Build (FPS). The project includes the FPS and associated force main to serve the sewer drainage basin between South Fulton Pkwy, Cochran Mill Road, Cedar Grove Road, and Rivertown Road. An additional pump station, Cochran Road Pump Station (CRPS), will be constructed to convey flows to FPS.
