This opportunity is for paint and flooring repairs at the BEQ M400 area, Camp Lejeune, managed by the U.S. Navy's ROICC Camp Lejeune office. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, ROICC Camp Lejeune, MCB Camp Lejeune - U.S. Marine Corps, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Environmental Management Division - Products and Services Requested: - Interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, mold treatment, crack and damage repairs, and repainting of piping and signage - Removal and installation of new flooring: - Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring in sleeping rooms (6" x 48", 30 mil wear layer, 3.05 mm overall thickness, ASTM and flammability standards) - Epoxy resinous flooring in common areas - Modular tile carpet (24" x 24", TARR ≥ 3.0, static control, flammability and indoor air quality certifications) - Carpet cushion meeting critical radiant flux requirements - Transition strips, rubber cove base, and vinyl mouldings - Surface preparation materials, adhesives, caulking, sealants, and polish/finish as per manufacturer recommendations - Environmental management services, hazardous waste disposal, contractor environmental training, contingency planning, and waste management inspections - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All flooring and carpet must meet strict indoor air quality and environmental standards (e.g., GreenGuard Gold, SCS Indoor Advantage Gold, CRI GLP OM) - Use of environmentally preferred paints (MPI E1 rating, low VOC) - Compliance with Buy American construction material requirements - Special handling for hazardous materials (e.g., lead paint) - Maintenance service agreement for carpet recycling and reuse - Detailed installation and performance standards for all flooring and paint products - Project drawings and technical specifications provided in attachments - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or brands are named; products must meet the listed standards and certifications - Estimated Contract Value: - $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 - Period of Performance: - 720 days after award
