Description
Bennett Village is seeking qualified Construction Management firms to provide services for the redevelopment of a new 192-bed long-term care home in Georgetown, Ontario. The project involves constructing a four-storey, approximately 12,485 m² facility with various resident and support areas, parking, landscaping, and site development. The selected Construction Manager will deliver pre-construction and construction phase services under a CCDC 5B delivery model, including constructability review, scheduling, cost estimating, trade tendering, construction supervision, project controls, coordination, facility turnover, and warranty support. Proposal documents include the RFP and preliminary site and floor plan drawings. Submissions must be hard copy and in English, delivered to the specified address by August 6, 2026.
