The City of Redlands Equipment Maintenance Division is seeking an annual supplier for automotive tools and parts to support its fleet operations. - Government Buyer: - City of Redlands Equipment Maintenance Division, managed by Facilities & Community Services - Products Requested: - Multiple types of automotive headlights (H4651-N, H6054-N, H4656, 9006) – 100 units each - Cabin air filters (NAPA Part #4483 or equivalent) – 100 units - Wiper blades (22" and 26") – 100 units each - Brake pads (FMSI #D1414-8528, FMSI-8816, FMSI #D1044-7947) – 100 units each - 5-inch C-clamps – 30 units - 3.5-gallon parts washer sinks – 10 units - 2.5-ton (or greater) hydraulic floor jacks – 10 units - 2.5-ton (or greater) jack stands – 10 units - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs required; NAPA referenced as an equivalent for cabin air filters - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be located within 25 miles of the City of Redlands Corporate yard - Awarded vendor must maintain a valid certificate of insurance and a City of Redlands business license - All prices must be firm for the first 120 days - Bidders must bid on all items - Service hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm

Description

The City of Redlands Equipment Maintenance Division is soliciting quotes to establish an annual purchase order agreement to provide the supply of Automotive Tools Parts. The successful vendor must be located within 25 miles of the City of Redlands Corporate yard. The service hours are Monday through Friday, from 7am to 5pm. All prices quoted shall be firm for the first 120 calendar days of the award and thereafter until notified in writing of any price changes. The awarded vendor must maintain a valid certificate of insurance and a City of Redlands Business License.
