This opportunity is for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Product Test Center to acquire a comprehensive 4-Point Probe Resistivity Measurement System Suite for advanced material testing. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Product Test Center - Products Requested: - Resistivity Measurement System Suite (automated resistivity test stations with autorange, dual configuration, edge accuracy, and quick-mount hardware) - Standard Probe Head Matrix (SP4 series or equivalent) with multiple spring pressures, tip radii, tip materials, and spacings - High-Temperature / High-Resistance (HT4) Probe Heads with high-grade ceramic or Macor body and low-noise terminations - High-Temperature Thermal Chuck (ambient to +300C, programmable, electrically isolated, safety features) - Vibration Isolation Table (pneumatic, low natural frequency, high load capacity, automatic leveling) - NIST-Traceable Calibration Standards (certified resistivity wafers, 76.2 mm and 200 mm, 0.002 to 30 Ohm.cm) - Computer and Software Suite (Windows OS, integrated data analysis, autoranging, geometric correction, CSV export) - Services Requested: - Installation by OEM-certified service engineer (ISO 9001 or equivalent, baseline calibration, site acceptance testing) - Operator training for up to six individuals (hardware, software, calibration, safety) - Post-warranty maintenance support plan (calibration/replacement of standards, technical support, repair, discounted consumables) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must support multi-environment testing of semiconductor materials and polymers - Delivery required within 90 days to DLA Product Test Center, Philadelphia - Installation and training coordinated upon delivery - Maintenance plan begins after a 1-year warranty period - All calibration standards must be NIST-traceable - Vibration isolation table must be compatible with CDA/N2 air supply - Safety and quality standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent) required for installation
