Description
The Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation (SCIC) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide Oracle Application Management Services (AMS) to support its Oracle Cloud environment. The scope includes ongoing technical and functional support, incident and problem management, release and enhancement management, reporting and analytics support, and advisory services. The service provider will maintain the stability, reliability, and performance of SCIC's Oracle environment, which includes Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, OCI, and OIC, supporting critical business functions such as finance, procurement, human resources, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The contract term is three years with options to extend for two additional one-year terms.
