Description

The City of Martensville is seeking proposals from IT vendors to provide services as an IT Vendor Partner to supplement the internal IT staff. The contract term is approximately three years starting mid-October 2026. Services include support and strategic guidance for desktop, server and storage, network, M365 environments, and a cybersecurity MDR solution. The City has about 85 employees across six facilities and requires mostly remote services with occasional onsite support. Proposals are due by August 5, 2026, and the City will consider all eligible responsive proposals for award.
