The City of Martensville is seeking an IT Vendor Partner to supplement its internal IT staff and deliver comprehensive IT services and support. - Government Buyer: - City of Martensville, Information Technology Manager (Paul Schwebius) - OEMs and Vendors: - Fortinet (Fortigate firewalls, switches, access points) is the current and future network equipment OEM - Microsoft (Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Azure Arc) is the primary software OEM - Products/Services Requested: - IT Vendor Partner Services: - Support for approximately 53 Windows 11 workstations - Server and storage support (1 physical server, 3 virtual servers, NAS) - Network support, including migration to Fortinet equipment at all locations - Microsoft 365 environment support (87 licenses), with planned migration to Intune, Autopilot, and Azure Arc - Cybersecurity MDR (Managed Detection and Response) solution, including: - Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) - 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) - Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) - Vulnerability reporting - Incident response - Quarterly review meetings - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services are primarily remote, with rare onsite support - Proposals must address Indigenous Participation Criteria - Detailed response required for technical and project tasks, MDR solution architecture, and account management - Three-year contract term with options for renewal

Description

The City of Martensville is seeking proposals from IT vendors to provide services as an IT Vendor Partner to supplement the internal IT staff. The contract term is approximately three years starting mid-October 2026. Services include support and strategic guidance for desktop, server and storage, network, M365 environments, and a cybersecurity MDR solution. The City has about 85 employees across six facilities and requires mostly remote services with occasional onsite support. Proposals are due by August 5, 2026, and the City will consider all eligible responsive proposals for award.
