Description

The City of San Clemente is soliciting proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to prepare the environmental documentation necessary to satisfy the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the proposed update to the San Clemente Municipal Golf Course Master Plan. The selected consultant will prepare an Initial Study and, if appropriate, a Mitigated Negative Declaration, including all required technical studies, public review documents, responses to comments, and adoption materials necessary for City Council consideration. The City seeks a consultant with experience preparing CEQA documents for parks, recreational facilities, golf courses, and public infrastructure projects involving biological, cultural, traffic, and water resources.
