MMC is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) on behalf of Trillium Health Partners (THP) for the provision of a DDI Platform Refresh and Professional Services. The project aims to support THP's evolving infrastructure requirements by providing a cost-effective, modern, and scalable solution for DNS, DHCP, and IP address management (DDI). The contract term is an initial five years with three optional one-year extensions. The selected vendor will provide platform and professional services including implementation, migration, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support to ensure continuity of critical network services.
