Description
The Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call communication tower inspections, assessments, preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and storm-related services for communication tower sites supporting critical public safety communications infrastructure. The contract will establish fixed rates for routine, corrective, emergency, and storm-related tower services, allowing CEMA to request services as needed without separate quotations. The contract term is one year with an option to renew for four additional one-year terms, subject to mutual agreement and County approval. Vendors must submit proposals through the County's Purchasing Portal and direct inquiries only to the Assistant Purchasing Director via the portal.
