Description
The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking a qualified consultant to provide design, implementation, and project management services for the Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (RTSSP) along the Niguel Road corridor. The project aims to improve traffic flow by optimizing signal synchronization timing and enhancing infrastructure at seventeen traffic signals and five offset signals within the corridor. The project is funded in part by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and managed by the City's Public Works department.
