Description

This notice announces the renewal and extension of Information Collection Requests (ICRs) related to hazardous materials regulations under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The collections describe the nature of information collections and their expected burdens, including testing, inspection, and recordkeeping requirements for portable tanks and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs). Comments received from the Railway Safety Institute regarding certain OMB Control Numbers will be addressed separately. The notice invites public comments on the information collection activities.
