Description

The University of Washington is seeking qualified firms or teams with experience in real estate, campus development strategy, capital planning, sequencing, and related advisory services to support Phase 1 planning for the South and West Campus Expansion. The selected firm or team will provide advisory services to help UW evaluate program assumptions, integrate UW and Project Team inputs, develop an executable plan, and support and prepare capital strategy and sequencing and implementation recommendations for UW consideration. The solicitation includes multiple informational meetings, a pre-proposal site tour, and a proposal submission deadline of August 16, 2026. The procurement is open to firms available for work in Washington State that meet the minimum qualifications.
