Description

The Department of Financial Services, Office of Information Technology, and the Division of State Fire Marshal intend to enter into an agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. for the purchase of ArcGIS software licenses that include built-in mapping capabilities, website-building assistance, and full maintenance and support. This procurement is a single source acquisition and not a competitive bid. Prospective vendors who believe they can provide these services are invited to submit relevant information by July 28, 2026. The software supports various Division initiatives including the Mine Activity Clearinghouse website and the Florida Fire Incident Reporting System.
