Description

The International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on silicon metal from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Kazakhstan, and Malaysia would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews are conducted to assess the impact of revoking these trade orders. Interested parties may file written comments by August 7, 2026, and the Commission has extended the review period by up to 90 days due to the complexity of the reviews.
