The Coast Guard will enforce special local regulations at various locations in the Sector Columbia River Captain of the Port Zone from July 24, 2026, to September 5, 2026. This enforcement is to ensure the safety of life and property on navigable waters during marine events such as the Kennewick Hydroplane Races and the Columbia Crossing Swim.
