The U.S. Department of Commerce conducted an administrative review of antidumping duties on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET film) from India for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. The review determined that Cosmo First Limited made sales at less than normal value and assigned a weighted-average dumping margin of 24.14 percent based on total adverse facts available. The final results were published on July 8, 2026, with no changes from the preliminary results.
