Description

The County of Marin is seeking a professional consulting team to provide Construction Management and Special Inspections services for the Marin Jail Cell Improvements and Related Work project. The scope includes repairs, retrofits, and/or replacement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment in inmate cells; renovation of inmate showers; installation of new resinous and resilient flooring in cells, dayrooms, and other housing support spaces; and selective replacement of specialty cell detention doors. Construction is expected to begin in September and last approximately 17 calendar months, including 14 months of on-site construction.
