Description

This solicitation is for the removal and replacement of the existing roofing and roof drainage systems serving the flat roof section of the "Chiller Mezzanine" area. It also includes removal and replacement of existing structural steel support framing serving chillers, as well as rooftop mounted air-cooled chillers, hydronic pumps, motor controllers, power and control wiring, including associated controls. The project involves roofing, structural steel, and HVAC replacements. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 17, 2026, at 9:00 am at the Second floor Facilities Conference Room, 32 Charter Oak Rd., Willimantic, CT.
