Description
The Attorney General of Virginia is seeking experienced outside counsel to assist in identifying, investigating, and prosecuting civil and, where applicable, criminal enforcement actions across a broad range of subject matter areas of strategic public importance. The counsel should have demonstrated expertise in complex, high-stakes litigation and work collaboratively with the Office of the Attorney General attorneys. Retained counsel will act under the direction and supervision of the Attorney General and must not initiate litigation or take significant legal actions without prior written authorization.
