Description

NRVRWA is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide Professional Engineering Services on an as-needed basis under a General Services Agreement. One or more firms will be selected using the Competitive Negotiation Procedure for Professional Services as outlined in the Virginia Procurement Act. The contract will be for a one-year term with the possibility of renewal for up to three successive one-year terms at NRVRWA's discretion. The work location is 155 Walton Road, Radford, VA 24141.
