Description

The Killeen Independent School District is seeking proposals for leasing approximately 330+ black and white photocopiers, with an option for color copiers, to be placed in campuses and administration offices. The contract includes equipment, installation, training, maintenance, service, and trade-in, with a five-year lease term and an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. Devices must be new, operational by July 10, 2026, and coordinated with the District's technology department. The District reserves the right to accept any offer in whole or in part and to waive formalities in bidding.
