The project is located at 121 N. Tarboro St., Raleigh, NC 27610. The redevelopment will feature a new 2-story, 20,000sf community center, enhanced outdoor recreational amenities, upgraded sports and play areas, improved gathering spaces, and renovations to the historic St. Monica Teen Center. Thoughtfully designed pedestrian pathways, public art installations, shaded outdoor spaces, and family-friendly features will create a vibrant, welcoming environment where the community can come together.
