(highlighted as the OEM for flight simulators and training systems) - Products/Services Requested: - Support, maintenance, and update services for CAE Training Systems, including: - Flight simulation training devices (e.g., Joint Lynx Simulator Training Establishment - JLSTE) - Common Database (CDB) used by Germany and other NATO nations - Associated hardware and software - Supply of software licenses and hardware as needed - Integration of external data sources - Software version control, compliance verification, defect correction, and performance improvements - Technical and logistic support, configuration management, obsolescence and modifications management, and technical publication management - Training services - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services provided on an as-needed, call-off basis with no guaranteed minimum order - Firm fixed prices/rates for all services - Contractor must hold ISO 9001 certification and comply with AQAP 2070, 2105, 2210, and 2110 standards - All work governed by NATO and NSPA procurement regulations

Description

This solicitation is for the provision of support, maintenance, and update services related to various CAE Training Systems. The contract will be established to allow call-off purchase orders on a need basis. Specific tasks are detailed in the List of Services and Statements of Work attached to the Request for Proposal. The contract requires firm fixed prices/rates and includes services such as daily operation, maintenance, repair, technical assistance, and logistic support for flight simulation training devices and databases.
