Pulaski County is soliciting proposals for vending services as detailed in solicitation RFP-26-004 Addendum 1. The scope includes providing and managing vending machines with snacks, drinks, and bottled beverages at various Pulaski County facilities including the Regional Detention Facility, Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Election Commission, Sheriff's Office, District Court, Juvenile Detention Center, Road and Bridge, and Central Health Unit. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for June 24, 2026. Proposals must be submitted through the specified application by July 14, 2026, and financial pricing should not be included in the initial proposal submission.
