St. Johns County requires ongoing maintenance, diagnostics, calibration, and system upgrades for its existing Thor-Guard Lightning Prediction & Warning Systems installed throughout County facilities. Thor-Guard is a proprietary lightning prediction technology, and these systems can only be serviced, upgraded, calibrated, or repaired by authorized personnel trained specifically on Thor-Guard equipment. This is a single source procurement for maintenance and service of proprietary Thor-Guard lightning systems. Bidders should be authorized and trained on Thor-Guard equipment. The project is active and open for responses until July 28, 2026.
