The State of Hawaii Department of Law Enforcement is seeking bids for the fabrication, delivery, and placement of drone platforms and Skydio X10 drone stations for law enforcement use in Honolulu. - Government Buyer: - State of Hawaii Department of Law Enforcement, Directors Office - OEMs and Vendors: - Skydio (OEM for X10 Drone Stations) - Products/Services Requested: - Six (6) reinforced concrete drone platforms (40 in x 36 in x 4 in) with steel rebar and wedge anchor mounts - Includes weather-resistant protective mats - Three platforms per site, two sites total - Six (6) Skydio X10 Drone Station Kits (to be placed on the platforms) - Drone stations provided by the agency, but placement is part of the contract - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Platforms must be specifically sized and reinforced to support Skydio X10 Drone Stations - Delivery and placement must be completed by the specified deadline - One-year warranty on workmanship and materials for fabricated platforms - Bidders must provide detailed compliance statements and/or drawings - Firm fixed price contract - All work must comply with detailed technical specifications

Description

The Department of Law Enforcement of Hawaii is soliciting bids for the fabrication and delivery of drone platforms to be installed on top of two buildings at two different locations on Oahu. The platforms will support drone docking stations for law enforcement activities. Bidders must comply with all specifications and submit bids electronically via the Hawaii eProcurement system by July 28, 2026. The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, and responsible bidder.
