Description

This project addresses operational and site issues at Well 22 facility, including upgrading the existing Cla-Val Valve with a Bailey valve, noise mitigation, relocating the fire hydrant for better accessibility, and regrading and repaving the west side of the well house to improve drainage towards Sierra Vista Street. The work includes asbestos abatement as part of the scope. Bidders must comply with licensing requirements and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting.
