Description
The County of Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Airport Facilities Condition Assessment and Asset Management Services for its airport system, which includes Sacramento International Airport, Mather Airport, Sacramento Executive Airport, and Franklin Field. The services will establish a reliable baseline of facility condition, asset lifecycle status, risk, and reinvestment needs to support maintenance planning and capital planning for short, mid, and long-term priorities. The project requires delivery of accurate, structured asset and condition data compatible with the Department's enterprise platforms, supporting consistent asset hierarchies, condition scoring, lifecycle modeling, and alignment with existing inspection and maintenance standards.
