Description

The project involves grubbing and clearing, culverts, waterways, stormwater channels, removal and replacement of pipe, crushed stone/rip rap, erosion control/slope, bank stabilization, fencing/guardrails/handrails, excavation, and landscaping including seeding. Approximate quantities include clearing 0.35 acres, removing 24 linear feet of storm sewer pipe, dewatering, excavation of channel and pond totaling 8,500 cubic yards, placement of random riprap, rolled erosion prevention, and seeding 0.9 acres. Bidders must comply with Minnesota Statute 16C.285 Responsible Contractor requirements. Bid security of at least 5% is required, and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds.
