Description
Washington County Facilities Management Office is soliciting bids for the Fair Park Pavilion Roof Replacement Project located at 3000 CTH PV, West Bend, WI. The project scope includes recovering the existing gravel surfaced built-up roof system, overlaying select areas of standing seam metal panels, removing existing gravel surfaced built-up roofing and perlite insulation, installing new polyisocyanurate insulation and gypsum coverboard, applying EPDM membrane on Roof Area 1, and overlaying standing seam metal panels with PVC membrane on Roof Area 2. The work must be completed by November 30, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT at the Fair Park Pavilion Building lobby.
