Washington County Facilities Management Office is seeking bids for the Fair Park Pavilion Roof Replacement Project in West Bend, WI. - Government Buyer: - Washington County Facilities Management Office - Project Scope: - Remove existing gravel surfaced built-up roofing and perlite insulation down to existing polyisocyanurate insulation - Install a single layer of 2-inch polyisocyanurate insulation and ½” gypsum cover board (mechanically attached) - Apply a 60-mil fully adhered EPDM membrane for Roof Area 1 - For Roof Area 2, overlay select dormers with standing seam metal panels using 2.5” polyisocyanurate infill, ½” gypsum coverboard, and a 60-mil fully adhered patina green PVC membrane - Install sheet metal flashings, flush wall panel soffit, and vertical panels - Perform associated sheet metal and carpentry work - Products/Materials Requested: - 2-inch polyisocyanurate insulation - ½” gypsum cover board - 60-mil fully adhered EPDM membrane - 2.5” polyisocyanurate infill - 60-mil fully adhered patina green PVC membrane - Services Requested: - Roof removal and replacement, including installation of new insulation, cover board, membranes, sheet metal, and carpentry - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Mandatory pre-bid meeting attendance required for bid consideration - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation

Washington County Facilities Management Office is soliciting bids for the Fair Park Pavilion Roof Replacement Project located at 3000 CTH PV, West Bend, WI. The project scope includes recovering the existing gravel surfaced built-up roof system, overlaying select areas of standing seam metal panels, removing existing gravel surfaced built-up roofing and perlite insulation, installing new polyisocyanurate insulation and gypsum coverboard, applying EPDM membrane on Roof Area 1, and overlaying standing seam metal panels with PVC membrane on Roof Area 2. The work must be completed by November 30, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT at the Fair Park Pavilion Building lobby.
