This solicitation is for the provision of Condition Assessment Services for the Big Bend Forcemain (Lulu and Annacis Island) as detailed in the scope of service. The services will be provided under a multi-year, unit rate-based contract with an initial term of five years and up to four additional one-year extension terms. Work assignments will be on an as-required, non-exclusive basis with no guaranteed minimum volume. The actual quantity and timing of assignments will be determined at the Corporation's sole discretion.
