The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is seeking small business vendors to manufacture and deliver custom machined stainless steel 316/316L parts. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division - Products/Services Requested: - 22 unique custom machined parts, each with a specific part number and CNC machining requirements - All parts made from stainless steel 316/316L - Items include AFT Plate, Forward Plates (Port/Starboard), Middle Plates (Port/Starboard), and Spars 1-8 (Port/Starboard) - Each part requires: - Precision CNC machining with tight tolerance (.005 in / 0.13mm) - Formal inspection and dimensional report - ITAR/EAR registration and JCP certification - Notable Requirements: - CMMC Level 1 certification required prior to award - Vendors must be able to provide certifications and inspection documentation - Delivery required within 45 days after contract award - Access to technical drawings requires CAGE Code and request through SAM - No specific OEMs are named; opportunity is open to qualified small business manufacturers with relevant certifications

Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Total Small Business Set-Aside for Custom Machined Parts. 

Request Access to Drawing Files through SAM. Provide CAGE Code when requesting access in SAM.

Please submit your quote on company letterhead as a PDF to terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above. Late quotes will not be considered. Your quote should include the following information:

Unit Price: For the specified Custom Machined Parts Shipping Cost: If shipping is not included in the unit price, please provide a separate line item for shipping costs. CAGE Code: Your company's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. Lead Time: Estimated delivery timeframe after receipt of order. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) required is Level 1 –this must be completed prior to Award. WAWF Capability: Confirmation of your ability to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). All invoices are NET30 and submitted through WAWF.
