Description

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks pricing and technical services for the supply and design of a modular underground stormwater management system based on the StormSmart™ system or an equivalent. The procurement includes a modular underground stormwater storage system capable of conveyance, detention, and infiltration, engineering design and shop drawings using owner-provided site information, and initial installation supervision and technical support. Physical installation and construction are explicitly excluded from this RFQ. The bid closing date is July 23, 2026, with questions due by July 14, 2026.
