Description
The City University of New York (CUNY), on behalf of the College of Staten Island, is seeking a waste hauling company to provide all equipment and labor necessary for roll-off refuse and recycling containers, including scheduled pick-up of refuse and recyclable materials. The contractor will furnish, deliver, maintain, and provide hauling services over a five-year contract term, maintaining the specified number of on-site containers and reserve containers as required. The contractor must comply with all applicable city, state, and local laws regarding disposal and recycling, and the solicitation is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements under NYS Labor Law.
