The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking to establish a series of eight requirement contracts for the installation of vinyl composition (V/C) floor tiles in apartments across various developments in Manhattan neighborhoods MN04 and MN05. The contract term is three years with options for two one-year renewals. Bidders must pre-qualify via the NYCHA Tile Pre-Qualification List and be registered with the New York State Department of Labor as per Article 8, Section 220-i.
