Description
The Division of Eligibility and Marketplace and Integration (DEMI) is amending Contract C035756 with T-Base Communications USA, Inc. by adding $3,373,737.59 to the overall contract value and extending the contract term from May 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026. This amendment provides additional funding to avoid early depletion of funds and prevent a service gap until the Department can competitively reprocure these services through an Invitation for Bids (IFB). The contract involves document transformation, translation, and mailing services to ensure compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) for individuals with significant visual impairments. The services support the New York State of Health (NYSoH) marketplace by providing alternative format communications and conforming to Section 508 standards.
