Description

The New York State Unified Court System (UCS) is soliciting proposals to develop and implement training and educational programs that promote fairness, dignity, and respect for litigants, stakeholders, staff, and judges. The project includes two components: video-recorded programming for UCS Judges, UCS Staff, and Town and Village Justices and Court Clerks, and annual in-person trainings for UCS Judges. The contractor will assess existing research and data to determine training topics, develop up to 15 virtual training programs uploaded to UCS's Learning Management System (LMS), and conduct up to 3 in-person training sessions annually. The contract term is five years, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031.
