Description

Macon-Bibb County is seeking qualifications from experienced and qualified modular housing developers to support the planning, renovation, and new construction of single-family and duplex housing units on vacant and/or blighted lots. The selected firm will provide comprehensive services including pre-construction planning, design and engineering support, construction services, project management, and post-construction closeout. The project focuses on affordable workforce housing development in targeted neighborhoods to address housing shortages and support neighborhood revitalization. Responses must be sealed and submitted by August 6, 2026, with questions due by July 24, 2026.
