Description

The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting bids for the repair and upgrade of Building 21 at Camp Williams. The project includes replacing all exterior windows, storefront, and doors, framing the roof, updating electrical devices, wiring and panels, ceiling tiles, flooring, metal soffit and rain gutters, standing metal seam roof, latrines and shower, HVAC system, and EFIS exterior wall finish. The floor plan will be updated to meet users' needs and current code requirements. Only contractors prequalified under Stage I are eligible to bid on this Stage II Invitation to Bid.
