Description

The Utah System of Higher Education (USHE) is seeking a qualified firm to design, procure, implement, and provide ongoing support for a consolidated employee health and welfare benefits program covering all USHE member institutions. The selected firm will act as the Board's broker and consultant of record, supporting a target effective date of July 1, 2027. The scope includes analysis and consolidation of medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life, AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability benefits, as well as ancillary benefits. The procurement will be conducted as a Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15, with selection based on qualifications and subsequent fee negotiation.
