The Unified Fire Service Area (UFSA), under the Unified Fire Authority, is seeking a contractor for a turnkey supply and installation of a new propane storage system at Fire Station 108 in Brighton, Utah. - Project scope includes: - Removal and proper disposal (or credit/trade-in) of four existing 1,000-gallon propane tanks - Supply and installation of a new propane storage tank with a total capacity between 7,500 and 10,000 gallons - Delivery, placement, all piping, regulators, valves, and system components - Connection to existing building systems, system testing, commissioning, and startup - Restoration of all disturbed areas - Optional add alternate: Installation of a remote fill connection with protection from vehicles and snow removal - All products must be new and unused; equivalent brands are acceptable if they meet specifications - Contractor requirements: - Must be a Utah-licensed Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) installer - Must demonstrate experience with similar installations, especially in mountainous or high-snow environments - Must comply with all applicable codes and regulations - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; open to equivalent products meeting requirements
