Solicitation number 1305M326Q0271 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Constructions Services for Lab Row Staging Space Renovations NOAA Western Regional Center in Seattle, WA.Commercial construction services, to provide all labor, equipment and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Lab Row Staging Space Renovations NOAA Western Regional Center in Seattle, WA, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance is 1 year after receipt of the notice to proceed.A complete description of requirements, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions or technical data, can be found in the SF18.2. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.The Government intends to award as a trade-off, single award, firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30. 3.
