Description

The County of San Diego is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing countywide outpatient behavioral health services for homeless and runaway youth. The services include a full range of outpatient diagnostic and treatment services for youth up to age 21 throughout San Diego County who are experiencing homelessness. The contract term is anticipated to be an initial one-year base period with four one-year options, with an estimated maximum contract value between $6,160,000 and $7,705,000 over five years. The contract will be awarded on an as-needed basis, and one or more contracts may be awarded from this solicitation.
