Description

The County of San Diego is soliciting proposals for Ad Hoc Public Messaging, Outreach, and Education Services related to behavioral health. The contract supports the Health and Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health Services, to develop and implement public awareness and messaging campaigns promoting behavioral health resources and treatments. The contract term is from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, with a maximum available funding amount not to exceed $7,500,000. The County intends to award two contracts, a primary and a secondary, to provide these services on an as-needed basis.
