Sources Sought Solicitation Number 36C26026R0102 This is a Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a request for proposals, quotations, or bids; nor a synopsis of a proposed contract action under FAR Subpart 5.2 and no contract shall be awarded from this notice. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Sources Sought or any follow up information requests. No solicitation is currently available. Draft documents (PWS, Drawings, Specifications, etc.) are subject to change. This notice is for market research purposes to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of interested Small Business firms. Responses to this Sources Sought may shape the acquisition strategy in developing a competitive requirement. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future or potential solicitation. It is the intent of the VA to use the information gathered for market research purposes only. The decision to set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) will rest on responses to this Sources Sought. Failure to respond may deem you non-responsive. Veterans Health Administration, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 20, is conducting market research for a Grease Trap Replacement Contract. Work is in Spokane, WA for the Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center. During the contract period, the facility staff will identify projects for task orders that will be issued by the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer has the right to withdraw proposed task orders before and after the receipt of the Contractor s proposal for the requested task orders. The Contractor will repair the Pharmacy Cache HVAC system to ensure required humidity, temperature control, and ventilation requirements are met while providing Building Management System (BMS) control to existing campus system. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment, installation, training, commissioning documentation, O&M documentation, and one-year warranty of materials and installation in accordance with the PWS and Specifications. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, PSC Z1DA and with a Small Business Size Standard of $19.0 million.
